Your wallet. Your choice.

What we never ask for

Your recovery phrase, private key or wallet password. Keep these in your wallet. Signing in uses a short message; it does not give us permission to spend.

What is public

Your chosen profile name, avatar, island and public artwork collection. Blockchain ownership is publicly visible. Your email, delivery details, private card access and account security records are not public.

Staying signed in

A protected browser cookie keeps routine profile editing and collection viewing available for seven days. Sensitive actions ask for a new wallet signature. Sign out on all browsers from your account settings.

Account records

We keep action names, times, account identifiers and whether authorization was accepted, for up to 90 days. The artist can export these records to investigate account problems. We do not add IP addresses, device fingerprints, signatures, recovery phrases or private message contents to these records. Hosting and email providers may maintain their own operational logs.

Payments in Phase 1

Artwork purchases and bids happen on the official mallow.art website under its policies. Only card upgrades use checkout here. Any payment requires your wallet approval; an ordinary sign-in message cannot pay for anything. Delivery details are needed only when a physical card is being sent.

Questions or requests to remove your account information: woobly@wooblynfrens.com. Confirmed blockchain transactions cannot be erased.
